Hi friends. This is the time to keep your tummy healthy and body fit. Lets do Yoga & Aerobics with me and keep your body fit. I am doing Yoga & Aerobics both in my class. I will take 3 sessions in a week. You can choose days according to your choice. I have been doing yoga and Aerobics since long time. Its really good way to keep our self healthy if we do regular exercise. I assure you that you will learn good exercises with me. Kids will also Enjoy and will do some healthy exercise during their summer break. You will get the meet link a day or two before the actual class.

I have interest in yoga and Aerobics, I am following it daily since long time. I am mother of two kids.
